INTERVIEW & REVIEW pANEL

The Interview & Review Panel (IRP) consist a group of no more than five (5) active COE® members who will streamline the recruitment and interview process during our recruitment season. IRP members are appointed by the Founder & CEO with the support of it’s Board of Director’s lead. IRP members will join other leadership in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting future members during the designation recruitment season.

Members of IRP’s membership level range from Scholars to Sr. Advocates. Members must be in good standing with COE and may maintain their role for a 2-year team unless otherwise extended.  They may not have any other leadership role while a member of IRP.

IRP members and their efforts will be led by Negeen Sadeghi-Movahed, Esq. (Jr. Advocate), Board of Directors, in step with COE’s mission and in collaboration with its leadership. These members were selected because of their dedication to the mission of the organization, as well as their authentic and insightfulness that that they bring to this community of advocates. We look forward to their work and their contribution to our community of excellence.
