The Color of Excellence®️ (COE®️) is a nonprofit membership organization that provides curated training and programming for both current and future attorneys of color to combat systematic oppression.

The COE®️ educates, enhances, and empowers both current and future attorneys of color to embrace their authenticity, advocate zealously, and overcome adversity both in and out of the courtroom.

WE GOT YOU!

COE®️ meets the needs of the culture and seeks opportunities to help propel it. COE®️ provides the solution and resolution that is demanded in this time and in this moment. A resolution that gives students of color a voice and support while navigating law school and provides advocates of color a psychologically safe space to confront and educate themselves on the challenges of the legal world where they are disparately underrepresented.

We understand how it feels to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders, while trying to achieve professional success. We understand the frustration that comes with not being given the opportunities, support, and resources you need to be your best self as you attempt to achieve your goals. We care about your journey to success and want to help you through it.

COE®️ is also a social impact organization with a racial justice resolve. We are not only creating a community but contributing to the communities that we represent and where we are represented. It is our responsibility to also educate, enhance, and empower the communities where racial and social injustice are ever-present.
